Make your own baked Italian meatballs at home with this zesty Meatball Mix. Our instructions use sausage and ground hamburger, but you can add this mix to just about anything including Meatloaf! Add these savory spices to turkey, pork or beef and have delicious Italian sausage ready for pizzas, meatballs, spaghetti or your favorite Italian dish. To complete your dinner, top your meatballs with our Spaghetti Sauce and serve with our Artisan Pastas.

Makes 24 1 1/2 oz. meatballs.

You will need:

1 1/2 lb. Ground Hamburger
2 oz. Sausage (optional)
1 egg
1 package Pasta Partners Spaghetti Sauce Mix


1. Prepare spaghetti sauce mix according to package directions
Let simmer while preparing meatballs.
2. In a large bowl, mix thoroughly ground chuck, sausage egg, 1/3 cup water an meatball mix.
3.Spoon thin layer of Spaghetti Sauce (use Pasta Partners Spaghetti Sauce Mix for best results) across the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
4. Place meatballs in pan, cover each meatball with sauce.
5. Cover with foil, bake at 400 for 45 minutes.


Use 1-lb. GROUND TURKEY in place of GROUND HAMBURGER and SAUSAGE. Follow directions above.
