White Cheddar Clam Chowder

White Cheddar Clam Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Plentiful Pantry White Cheddar Potato Soup
  • 3 C. Water
  • 3 C. Milk
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
  • 2 stalks of Celery, diced
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 cans of Clams, do not drain

Instructions

  1. In a 2qt saucepan, melt butter. Saute diced onion and diced celery until onion is translucent. Add water and milk, then bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, add the soup mix; stir quickly and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add clams (including clam juice) and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste, then enjoy!
