At Intermountain Pasta, we’re more than artisan pasta makers. We’re sixth-generation farmers with a passion for good food and a mission to nourish families across the country. Founded in 1992 as Pasta Partners, our story began at a kitchen table with one simple goal: to make gourmet meals easy and accessible for everyone. Today, we proudly carry that legacy forward under the new ownership of Jade and Jaxon Koyle, brothers, farmers, and owners of Grand Teton Ancient Grains, a regenerative organic farm and mill based in Idaho.

As lifelong stewards of the land, the Koyle family brings deep agricultural roots and a strong commitment to clean, wholesome food. When they discovered Intermountain Pasta, they saw not just a thriving business with time-tested recipes and a dedicated team, but a perfect match for their values of quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Together, we are expanding from soil to shelf, blending old-world pasta-making traditions with farm-fresh ingredients to bring you food that is as honest as it is delicious.

Our artisan pasta is made in small batches, slowly dried, and extruded through bronze dies to create the ideal texture. It is bold enough to hold sauce and refined enough to elevate any dish. With over 30 varieties, including our innovative Zpasta line, we serve modern kitchens, specialty retailers, and provide full private label solutions for brands who share our vision.

About Our Products

Our pastas are crafted with unenriched, Durum Wheat Semolina, pressed through bronze dies for that perfect texture, and slow-dried to lock in flavor and give every bite that satisfying, sauce hugging finish. We make over 30 unique varieties through our Zpasta brand, with bold flavors like spinach, garlic, italian blend, butternut squash, jalapeño, and even squid ink. Our Plentiful Pantry offers pasta pressed through teflon dies for a brighter, shinier appearance and unmatched flavor.

In addition to our own brands, we offer custom manufacturing, private label, and co-packing services for grocery stores, specialty retailers, and foodservice partners.
