We press our pasta through bronze dies, dry them slowly, and color them with real food like spinach, beet root, and butternut squash. Put your label on our pasta, have us make pasta from your ingredients, or stock our brands on your shelves.

Made the old-fashioned way

Pressed through bronze
Dough is pushed through bronze dies for a rough, sauce-holding texture, then hung on rods or cut into shapes.

Slow-dried
Short shapes rest on wooden screens and long pasta hangs in the dry room, drying slowly, the old-fashioned way.

Packed by hand
Finished pasta goes into our bags with your private label tag or, for custom manufacturing, into the bags and boxes you send us.
Founded in Salt Lake City as Pasta Partners.
Generation farmers: the Koyle family runs it today.
The same family grows and mills ancient grains at Grand Teton Ancient Grains in Idaho.
A family that grows grain, and makes pasta
Intermountain Pasta has been making pasta in Salt Lake City since 1992. Today it’s owned by brothers Jade and Jaxon Koyle, sixth-generation farmers who also run Grand Teton Ancient Grains, their organic farm and mill in Idaho.
That means the people making your pasta know grain from the field up.
